Here is a more extensive list.

Your emotions say something.

They give you information.

They signal to you.

Your emotions are speaking.

They need your attention.

They need your respect.

Your emotions, are your emotions.

Your emotions, are not someone else’s to decide.

They are yours.

Your emotions don’t need filtering.

They don’t need to be affirmed externally.

They are the way they are.

Your emotions need your acknowledgement.

They need you to turn toward them.

They need you to give them airtime.

Trust yourself. Trust your experience.

You are the expert on your experience.
