Hi, I’m Brooke

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) in Raleigh, NC—and a writer who believes insight happens both in the therapy room and on the page.

I help clients reconnect with what matters, practice acceptance, and set healthy boundaries to build steadier, more meaningful lives. My clinical work focuses on anxiety, relationships, substance use, and codependency, using approaches like ACT, the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

As a writer, I extend this work through therapeutic journal prompts, personal essays, and my book on boundaries and alcohol. My writing has been featured in Pollen Magazine and offers practical tools for anyone seeking growth and self-understanding.

Whether you’re looking for therapy or exploring resources for your own journey, I’m glad you’re here.
