Decisions and Identity.

Merging your identity and decisions are built on harmony of the inside and outside self—what you show to the world and what you keep to yourself.

Too much of a gap between the inside and outside self spurs anxiety and depression symptoms. One part of you is left out and not voting—suppressed and overlooked. A gap is left between what your internal self wants and what the external pressures say to want.

To make decisions, you must come to the negotiating table of your internal and external self and find a compromise you are willing to live with.

Make decisions by finding a harmony that allows a vote of your internal and external self.
