Part of any big decision is the leap, the action of making the decision.

You have reached the end of the contemplation stage.

You have as much information as you can gather.

You thought through all possible scenarios.

Yet no guarantees of what it will be like on the other side. Will it be better? Worse? Will you regret it? Will it be the best decision you have made to date?

There are no guarantees in big decisions. But there are leaps. Leaps where your feet are required to leave the ground.

You are required to make a move—vulnerability—to find a new place for your feet.
